Animated stories introduce the concepts, followed by computer interactive “practices”. A Woodpecker, Cricket, and Pear demonstrate what rhythm and beat are, and introduce rhythm with fruit names. Note names (both North American and British) and relative lengths are presented, as well as songs and animations for each fruit transforming into its own note.
